Project information

Include the project name or location, a link to the original record, the publication or access date, and a short note explaining why it matters.

Corrections

Identify the exact page and statement, explain what appears wrong or outdated, and include the strongest available primary source.

Before sending

Do not send passwords, government identification, financial information, private health information, or anything that could put you or another person at risk.
Do not assume a message or attachment will remain confidential. Email providers may retain and process message data.
Share only documents you have the right to provide. A link to an official public record is usually more useful than a screenshot.
Tell ADCW whether and how you may be credited. If you do not say, ADCW will not publicly identify you as the source of a lead.
ADCW may not be able to reply to every message or publish every submitted lead.
