ADCW does not offer visitor accounts, comments, a newsletter, a website contact form, or a file-upload function. The site does not use advertising cookies or behavioural profiling.

GitHub Pages and Cloudflare help deliver and secure the website. Those providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, time, security signals, and performance data as part of operating their services.

Email contact

If you email ADCW, the message includes the information you choose to provide, along with your email address and ordinary message metadata. ADCW may keep messages and attachments as long as needed to review the information, respond, document a correction, or preserve the research trail.

Ordinary email is not a guaranteed confidential channel. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, health, identity, or security information. Email providers may process and retain message data under their own terms and policies.

External links and documents

ADCW links directly to municipal, provincial, regulatory, company, research, mapping, and other external websites. Those services control their own privacy practices. Opening an external link may disclose ordinary request information to that provider.

Your choices

You can browse ADCW without creating an account or identifying yourself to ADCW. You control whether to send email and what information to include. You may ask ADCW to correct or delete personal information contained in an email, subject to any legal or research-integrity need to retain the record.

Updates to this notice

This notice may change if the site adds or removes services. The date at the top identifies the current version. ADCW will not quietly convert a low-data public resource into an advertising surveillance terrarium.
